Association Director

John Crawley

John joined Marlborough College as Association Director in early 2010, following a long and successful career in professional cricket for Lancashire, Hampshire and England. John has a degree in History from Trinity College, Cambridge, and has a huge experience in combining corporate fundraising, teamwork and event organisation. He has experience in business development, communications, sales and marketing and was heavily involved in the early years in the development of the Rose Bowl, Hampshire's state-of-the-art cricket stadium. John was honoured to receive a benefit year in 2008 and managed to raise significant sums for various charities, organise a huge number of events and have a great deal of fun along the way.
